Today has been a roller coaster of emotions. We put in the offer yesterday afternoon with a deadline by 5pm today. We heard back at 1:30 today and the counter offer was not good. So we have now countered their counter and we will see what happens. I want this to work out, but I am ready to walk away if I need to. I am already distancing myself emotionally from the house, just in case. So if it is meant to be, it will be.We'll see
